My daughter Jacki and I attended the 2008 F1 Grand Prix as guests of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team. Our short stay in the beautiful city of Barcelona saw us rubbing shoulders with the likes of Lewis Hamilton and got us behind the scenes to the "paddock" where the teams set up their headquarters for the event.
It is mind boggling to see the amount of behind the scenes work that goes into an event of this nature.
Equipment: Ear plugs ear plugs and more ear plugs. Its LOUD man!
