One thing you have to see is the Cathedral's cloisters, which dates from the 14th century. It has a garden of magnolias, palms and fountains and many geese, which are quite funny to watch.

    Geese of the Cloister

The cloister is home to a number of geese who have been kept here for over 500 years. There is also the museum of the Cathedral which houses an assortment of 15th century religious paintings.

    Gooses in the cathedral

Have you ever seen palmtrees, water and gooses in a church? In Barcelona you can go to the cathedral to see this! It's really funny to see the gooses walking around.

    Barri Gotic

The Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic) is the oldest part of the city dating back to the 15th century. Most of the buildings are Gothic style, but there are still some Roman ruins and influences.

The beautiful interior of the Cathedral

This is the main altar of the Cathedral, which is also beautiful. Besides you will find an inner yard with trees and cute geese that live inside the cathedral since many years ago!

    The front of Barcelona's Cathedral

In the gothic district of Barcelona, you can find the city's main cathedral. It is extremely gothic looking, weathered, and massive in size.

Sunday afternoons in front of the Cathedral of Barcelona.
Locals meet in the square in front and do traditional Catalyan dances. Everyone dances and it's easy to join in.
