At a short distance from Granollers (and Barcelona for that matter) is the little monastry of San Miquel del Fai hidden. Only accessable by San Feliu de Codines by car, a beautiful road will take you to this stunning place which will delight both adults and children. The biggest surprise are the fantastic waterfalls and caves. Well worth the trip!!!

The growth area to North of BCN
(the church above was heavily damaged in a civil war. The interior has been rebuilt quite nicely to show a wonderful mixture of old and new) I've had the chance to visit Granollers a few times over...
