hiking is extremely good in catalunya as you have the pyrenees there and lot´s of excellent hiking trails.you have all kinds of hiking there from easu daytrips to trips that lasts you for weeks. good hiking boots makes the whole experience a lot nicer.
horse back riding is another option in catalunya.there are many rural areas where it´s very good to ride horses and m,any places that rent out horses.i took a daytrip through some flat lands just by the foot of the pyrenees and enjoyd the riding big time.
i went on a hot air balloon trip in catalunya and it was a fantastic experience.because catalunya has many secluded valleys the area is perfect for the sport and if you haven´t tried it then you really should.it´s very different than other types of flying as it´s so quiet and smooth.you can barely feel the balloon moving and once you are a few hundred meters up there is no sound at all.you really feel like you are floating through the universe in a hot air balloon. camera.

The lake of banyoles is situated in a beautiful region between the coast and the volcanic region La Garroxta, not far from Girona. The Olympic games took place there and I think the Worldchampionship in rowing in 2004. What I liked most, are the little bath houses.
Once or twice every year, national catalan team plays with another country of the world. These are friendly matches, that are here one specyal fest, because is not allowed for us to have an official team. Til now, catalan team have won China, Chile, Bulgaria, Nigeria...only have losed with Brasil, when our best players can't play cause spanish federation forbed them.There are 500.000 signatures in the parliament for ask our team becomes official.
We visited the stadion of FC Barcelona. Unfortunately we had not the time to visit a game. But it was great to be in the stadion. It is huge. Jana looks so little there, even though she's a teeny now!
