Downhill Bike Ride, Benidorm

You can book this outing with your tour agent or through their website it cost about 30euro. This is a really great day out for all the family and for all ages.It is a 24mile bike ride, (don't panic it is not what you think) if like me you have not been on a bike in 20 years you will enjoy this.You will be pick up at your hotel about 9.15 and taken to Stella in the mountains about 40 minutes from Beni there after a drink you will be fitted with a mountain bike to suit you and saftey helment. Then you will set off in a short run to iron out any problems (don't panic it is all downhill.) Then you will set off again, all of the route is completley downhill with very little effort whatsoever required, the 24 mile route is through villages and valleys with little or no traffic there are a number of stops and you can stop at anytime for photo's ect. Should you not wish to complete the route the mini bus follows behind the last rider and you can get on and off it at anytime you wish. You will then be taken by bus for your lunch which is included and complete the rest of the run in the afternoon and after stopping for a well earned drink on completion return to Beni about 16oohrs. This is really easy and a great day out for all ages on my trip the youngest was 8 and the oldest 71.They also have kiddies seats for the back of the bikes. Give it a try you will enjoy it.

This is great fun and is almost a whole day out and you get a certificate to prove that you did it. They cleverly write everything in english to say how far you rode, but put the "downhill" bit in spanish so all of your friends and family will never know the truth!
