Here is the lovely mountain range near the property.
If you want sun,deep blue seas,friendly people,delicious food and wine,great value for money,green and lush scenery,unspoilt towns,villages,fiestas,nights eating out doors,fresh fish and fruits,no big narsty hotels,just a tasteful area that will suit the young,old and active,,,,,choose north costa blanca.  MY BUNGALOW IN SPAIN WHICH IS
BEING BULIT by rachel_sun
The bungalow will have a drive,small garden,terrece,back patio and a roof terrece with views to mountains and sea.
It is set on a low rise complex which has a pool,tennis courts and a shop.There are restaurants about 1 km away.
Denia is a lovely town with a great selection of banks,shops,bars,restuarants,a harbour,and a big beach which goes on for miles. Leave a Comment

The weather in Valencia is mild and sunny during the winter but it can get really hot and humid in mid summer, a season when you want to spend the whole day on the beach. Heavy rains (gota fr?a) may fall in October / november. But, they usually only last for a few days. Spring is probably the best time to visit, with pleasant temperatures and sunny days. If you travel here in the summer months be forewarned that it really is hot. For some people it can even be unbearable. Pack light coloured clothing as well as light fabrics. The last thing you want is to be walking around in a black tracksuit in 40C temperatures!
Bring sunscreen with high SPF and bring ALOE or Aftersun also because, believe me, you will need it Leave a Comment

watch out for sunburn and take plenty of lotion with you also wear some kind of sandals for the beach as the sand will burn your feet if the weather gets too hot (i got blisters of the sand) Leave a Comment
