To rent or buy a flat in Madrid can be really hard.... Sometimes if you are desperate to find something you´ll take whatever seems to help you... (It happened to me)
If you are thinking about buying or renting a house, buy the "Segunda mano"... But beware!!! some of the announcements are from agencies that will make you go to them and then tell you that for 180 (or so) euros, they will give you a list of good posibilities... They are just giving you the SAME numbers that are in the Segunda Mano (they just filter de information for what you are seeking)...

Unique Suggestions: If you are already in the "agency" turn and go... Theres no way to have a "At least do this"....

Fun Alternatives: You better save your money and spend a little more time filtering that information yourself in Segunda Mano... Or you can go searching in the street for flats in sale or rent...
