The silver route crosses Extremadura from south to North, It is the old roman way from Italica (Sevilla) to the north where the silver mines used to be, now is direct to Santiago de Compostela.

This natural area is worth a visit, specially in April. All the are is very interesting if you like landscapes and little villages. The mountain range around is called Sierra de Gredos

A: I checked the bus link and noticed they have a contact email - perhaps best would be to drop them a note. I've had good results that way, usually get a reply.
