Great local restaurant. Not sure of the name, but it was just off the beach.
A local's cafe as such. Just sit down and the waitress/barmaid will come over. All very basic but very chilled and laid back.
Didn't know what was on the menu, which was all part of the fun. Loads of great food though. Fish starter follwed in my case by fish. See told you I didn't know what was going on. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT IS PLACED IN SANTA CRUZ, APROX. 15 KMS AWAY FROM LA CORUŅA CITY.THE NAME IS 'EL POTE' AND THE REASON IS BECAUSE IT'S VERY QUIET AND THE VIEWS.

Tapas, the Spanish fast food. This franchise serves 100 different tapas each for 1 euro and a variety of beers and drinks.
For 1 euro, the tapas are small of course ;-)
You will find it in "El Puerto" which is a mall recently built in the harbor right in front of Avenida de la Marina.

Another good one. Small place. 5-15 euros/person. Located in Avenida de Finisterre, you have to walk uphill for 5 minutes from the center.

Don't be scared by the cheesy name and exterior of this café, inside it's different. Go in for a coffee or some traditional spanish tapas, good value for money! Effective staff, but some of them are somewhat grumpy... Sit down and take it all in!

The airport has two eateries - this is the self service cafe on the ground floor. It is always busy. Well, it is the only place to get a coffee or a snack.

The waiter was very friendly and always at hand- food served quickly and great selection on the menu!

In front of the Domus museum. In my opinion, the best restaurant in Coruņa in every aspect and not the most expensive. Superb food, service and views. Local traditional and creative cuisine. This looks like an old gambling hall, the staff is awful, they totally ignored me when
