The restaurant serves good food - both local and Italian kind.
Favorite Dish: The Greek salad was very tasty and fresh, especially in the middle of winter.

To get to Karlshamn by public transport can be slow whichever mode you use. By train it is easy enough though (when the line isn't being electrified but then there are automatically buses instead) - coming from Copenhagen/Malmö, you have to catch a train to Kristianstad and change there. From Stockholm and the north, you have to catch the Malmö trains and get off in Hässleholm to change. It is more than a five hour journey from Stockholm but only just over two from Malmö.

Sölvesborg is not recognized by VT. It has one of he largest beach trees and nice beaches. Its a small town with a population of 8400 people. Its only 20km south from Karlshamn. In summer, many people want to visit the nice beaches. But the winter scene is nice and calm. Drive on E22 towards Malmo.

It is a famous salmon fishing town (10km south of Karlshamn). It has a great infrastucture (hotel, fisher house, etc) but not recoonnized by VT (even spell as Mörrum in Swedisn). Its a pity.
But many fisherpersons come here to enjoy professional salmon fishing. One can catch one meter-long salmosns!
The town is nice and cozy. The river is beautiful.
