Blekinge is known as Garden of Sweden.
You will find lot of lush green Gardens in the Karlskrona City.

View ( from my rooms window) of Children playing in the garden at Kungsmarksvagen
Favorite thing: Here too the main attraction (for me) was the nature that is in unspoiled way everywhere around you. Swimming in a lake after which some sunbathing warms you up again (the lakewater is generaly very cold). Then in the evening you gather some wood in the forest to build a fire at the waterside. Slowly the air is turning into it's magnificent red colours and shades grow longer. It will not be completely dark as the sun only disappears behind the horizon for an hour. The night is calm when you lay in the tent and the morning brings another day to hike through the forests and discover some new (or equally beautiful old) items in nature.
Go down to the harbour. It's beautiful. There are boats by the side. There is also a floating restaurant. A bridge connects the mainland with a small islet. From this hilly islet, you get a good view of Karlskrona.
Fondest memory: My best memory would be how pretty the whole town is. It's a quiet town even during peak hours. There aren't that many people living here. They are pretty friendly. Go to the souvenir shops by the harbour.
Go visit the huge park, but don´t get lost as I did... The shortest looking road in the map is not always the quickest ;)
Fondest memory: The nature was really Beautiful... Here a few pics from the park in the middle of forest.
Travel around the city, Go to the Neval Musium, Travel along the sea beaches,Go to the SANTORINI TAVERNA restaurant, The best Hotel is the FIRST STATT hotel in the old city.
Fondest memory: The WESSA Shop and KING KROWN PUB
On the Stortoget is the Fredrikskyrkan. Its a major focal point when walking in the city. On one side you walk to the historical harbour side on the other side of the square are the main shopping streets (with some very nice shops indeed!).
On the Stortoget are furthermore a few restaurants along the side
Favorite thing: A view over Ronneby in the evening...
