Malung airport is a small aircraft airport, unattended, and has absolutely NO activity during the week, it seems. Therefore, the strip is perfect for trying out your new in-line roller skates (as I did), without anyone watching and making fun of you but the cows in the neighbouring field. To the right of this photo, there is also a nice green lawn runway for model airplanes.

Take your mini golf skills to a new level at Byråsen. Abandoned and overgrown, the course is rotting, falling apart, and is quickly covered with tall grass. If you shoot the ball off the course, you're in for an adventure in the jungle. Bring your own balls and clubs.

Once the buzzing centre of tourist activity, Byråsen is being overgrown, houses are rotting and falling apart, the parking lot looks worse than a Russian highway. And the fun begins already at the signs going there.
Go south on Innlandsvägen (Hwy 45) until you see a sign to Byråsen pointing west. This takes you to an old road, and you are sure to almost miss the next sign also pointing to Byråsen. The reason: The sign is partially covered with black garbage bags, to cover up all the activities that they no longer offer, and even the direction is covered up - probably to make sure you don't know where to go. :)
