We just wanted have something light and we crushed into this comfortable and lively creperie, running by an extraordinary kind Swedish lady. Employees can be also foreigners and many languages can be spoken. They have a small but very cosy balcony: you can eat there and ejoy a beautiful sunset. There is not more than creps and gallets but they have all sort of them so, at the end, we were quite full, anyway.

The "national dessert" on Gotland is not to everyone's taste but personally I love it. It is called saffron pancake and is in fact not a pancake but more like a rice pudding with saffron. It is baked in an oven tray like a Swedish savoury "oven pancake" which is probably why it is still called a pancake. You are served a square of this delicacy along with jam, usually the very local salmberry variety, and whipped cream. This dessert is as common in Gotland restaurants as vanilla ice cream is in others so you will have a chance to try it somewhere or other.

This is a very nice restaurant on the main square of Visby! There's a wide kitchen with pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes! The food is very good and the price is also okay and the nice thing is that you can sit outside and watch the people.

It is nonthing special, but it is perfect on the beach to buy your food here. they have different kind of dishes from cold to warm. they also sell Gute ice cream (very good). but the hamburgers i tries are very good. Of course you order them with shrimp sallad. In Swedish we call it räksallad. Yummie! But they dont sell any beer. Sad.

Very good food and a lively young crowd. We would have stayed for drinks (turns into a club) but all bars in Gotland close at 2pm and we needed to get to some other places.
The one bad thing I would say is the doorman wouldn't stamp us to let us back into the club if we were to come back. We just spent a ton of cash on dinner and he said we would have to pay if we returned. That was a little rediculous.
Favorite Dish: The lamb there looked awesome, I had the Thai chicken which was also quite good.

This was the coolest open-air cafe i´ve ever been!!! Nice relaxing atmosphere; there was even a little fontaine! sit on the pillows & listen the good chillout music...and don´t forget the wine!
Unfortunately i don´t remember the name of this place...we got a hint from a nice guy on the street :-)!

This is a nice and cosy place were you can buy some original and homemade icecream! You can find it in the center of Visby!
