Norre Katt Park
Favorite thing: The Norre Katt Park just behind the Norre Port gate, along the river, is a great place to spend an hour strolling amongst the ducks and just soaking up the remaining atmosphere of what was once a fantastic park with a sort of bowling alley and a gorgeous wooden restaurant where the whole town seems to have met in its heydays but which was sadly demolished in the 1960s. Today, coffee drinking and people watching at the cafe in the old Pavilion Cafe on a sunny day is the nicest thing to do. Sometimes there is live music here too even if it is not the brass bands of the band stand days but more modern.
