Älmhult Shopping

People from county Småland are known for being economical and being the home of IKEA, that's obviously your first port of coal, and here it has a "bargain basement" where things go for a pittance as long as you can get it home or need a spare leg to some sofa. But there is more to shopping here. I for once find lots by just going to the local ICA supermarket Maxi just outside the centre and get odd CD:s, cheap wellies, outdoor games or whatever I might need that can be surprisingly hard to find in bigger cities. It is so conveniently gathered here :) Being in county Kronoberg of course also means that those of you who want to splash out a bit more can find gift shops with local glass and lots of moose souvenirs.
