View of the museum - Cafe is on the left side!

We got to the museum before midday and were planning to look for a restaurant in downtown to have lunch later, but we felt hungry before we finished seeing everything there was to see and we were lazy to walk all the way to downtown and back to the museum again. We then realized that they had a small dining room in the second floor of the cafeteria (only pastries and drinks were sold downstairs) where they offered a lunch buffet for a fixed price. It was not too expensive for Swedish standards and we thought it'd be good to be able to eat as much as we wanted, because we would end up paying more or less the same at any other restaurant for just a standard 1-course meal. So we decided to eat here -- they were still getting everything set because service started at 12 PM, but we didn't have to wait much.

The buffet was just great, we paid 100 SEK (swedish crowns, which is about 14-15 USD) but ate as much as we wanted from warm dishes to salad, coffee & tea, cookies and dessert (1 bottled cold beverage was included too). Definitely recommended for having a heavy lunch and forget about meals for the rest of the day, hehehe.... You can make a pause in your visit to the museum, have a nice meal and continue with the tour later on without having to go anywhere else.

Favorite Dish: What I liked the most was a dish with vegetables and fish with melted cheese on top which was just great, new (small) potatoes, chocolate pudding, the coffee and cookies!! They also had veggie lasagna, a chicken stew with something that looked like curry, rice, and some baked vegetables. They had some very tasty and fresh bread as well.

This restaurant is very special: the style is Greek -Turkish and the food is superb. The prices are rather low, and the crew will certainly do their best to make you feel comfort. I like it very much!

Favorite Dish: Kebab or peppersteak. Mmmmmmmmmm!

I have never eaten here, but just with the name I had to mention it here on virtualtourist. It can be a good memory if people go here and eat.

Mc Donald's is always good! I think there is 3 restaurants in Örebro.
It is not expensive, fast, and it tastes good.

Favorite Dish: I like the classic 'Big Mac' menu.
