Go "tura" across the strait

Don't miss the opportunity to do what the locals do and go for a trip across to Denmark. Those who are real regulars call it "tura" which means "to tour" (that was tricky!) and they never even go ashore in Denmark but just sit on the ferry and have dinner in the restaurant whilst making quite a few crossings before dessert! Most people however do get off and go shopping in Helsingör - in fact, so many that a whole alcohol business has grown up there just like in Calais. The most fascinating thing about the cheap day out is to see how narrow the strait really is. There's Denmark in no time at all.

I've visited Helsingborg at Sunday afternoon, maybe that's why it seemed so calm and cozy without a big noise of a city. Or maybe it's really so cozy;-) And not only cozy, but clean city as well. What I liked most on the cold afternoon while I was there, were these flowers - the nice decoration of the city.
