In the House of the Apple you will find one of the better restaurants in Sk?ne. The menu is not that extensive but what is on it is superb and can be accompanied by the local cider! The place itself caters for everyone from the business man to the smallest child.
Favorite Dish: Potato gratin and buttered beans and for only SEK 65!

Buhre's is a Sk?ne institution. From the beginning, Mr Buhre was a fisherman whose wife pickled his herring but their pickled herring sold so well that he now buys fish from ex colleagues to be able to pickle and sell. In the shop, you can buy all sorts of pickled herring but his restaurant also sells herring burgers and many other fish dishes.
