    Round tour by local bus

    Malmo train station

Favorite thing: Take a sightseeing tour on public transport by local bus no. 20 (Ringlinjen). The bus serves a round tour through Malmo city which lasts about 50 mins. The buses leave from the train station and a single ticket is only 15 SEK (about 1,60 EURO).

    Instant guide over the phone

    Instant Phone Guide

Favorite thing: This tip is only good if you understand Swedish. That's why I'll write the next in Norwegian (Follow the logic..)

Favorite thing: Malmö Tourism provides tourist information at the Central Station and in Skånegården near the Öresund Bridge.

    The Central Station
You can get advice and information on Malmö here and we can help you book your hotel. Our shop sells find maps, souvenirs, books and more besides. Sightseeing tours are organised every day during summer.
    Contact:
    Malmö Tourism
    Centralstationen
    SE-211 20 Malmö
    Tel: +46 40 34 12 00 (Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
    E-mail: malmo.turism@malmo.se.

    Skånegården
Skånegården is situated 800 metres on from the Öresund Bridge toll. This information centre can be reached only from the road from Denmark. Skånegården is a typical 19th century farmhouse and has been carefully restored. Find out information on Malmö, Skåne and the rest of Sweden, or just take a break in the café.

    Money in Sweden

    by Ewingjr98 Updated Oct 29, 2004
    Swedish Kronor

Favorite thing: Sweden, like Denmark and the UK, is part of the EU, but has not yet accepted the Euro as its form of currency. Therefore, when in Sweden, you will use the Kronor.

Like the rest of Western Europe, ATMs are plentiful and you can always use your American credit card at restaurants and shops.

Favorite thing: The best Malmö Tourist information is here at Malmo.com. For some nice Malmö maps, click on the link labeled "Maps" on the left side.

Malmo.se has some more good information about the city.

Of course, you can always wait until you are in Malmö and stop at the tourist information desk at Central Station.
