I wasnt wrapped up warm enough. As Copenhagen had been pretty mild that morning, I figured I'd be ok, but there is one hell of an icy chill from the sea! So put on your woollies :)
Photo Equipment: Picture of Malmo port
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: No matter for how long you are going to stay in Malmo and no matter at what period of the year, the weather can change several times per day. So, even if you travel there just for a few days or a week it's necessary to have few T-shirts, one warm sweater and another light sweater, also a jacket from the rain as in the whole Scandinavia. Good shoes are also required as you will walk a lot for sure in 'discovering' a city.
Maybe a windproof jacket as Malmö is a windy city since it is just thrown out on a plain by the sea.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: You might want to bring your favourite biking outfit if you want to rent a bike to get around the flat landscape with its many cycle lanes.
Miscellaneous: You'll find everything you need in Malmö and you don't need mosquito repellant and other typical "Swedish" stuff down here as it is just a windy agricultural plain without lakes and forests...
