Brogatan, Malmö

Brogatan is one of my absolute favourites in Malmö and yet I don't go there often enough to be a regular. I suppose it is simply because it is in a part of the city where I go shopping more than go for nightlife. They are also closed for at least a month summertime (the only reason I gave it four rather than five satisfaction rating) which lead us to boycott the place for our first Malmö years since this always coincided with the time when our daughter was with her grandmother and we could "do town". But now we cannot go on with such boycotting nonsense as this place is simply too friendly and full of good ecological food and interesting European beers to ignore! Popular with Malmö's theatre people and beer lovers, this deserves much more fame. Because of this, I took the first ever Malmö VT meeting here and it has now become a popular place for VT meetings :)

Favorite Dish: What is nice is that you can have little pub menu dishes like bratwurst and sauerkraut in the bar area even if the restaurant section is full (it is quite small - book a table in advance if you know you want to dine here).
