Falafel is not an unknown dish in most places in the world, but in Sweden it´s not very common. Except in Malmö.
Falafel is most easily described as a vegetarian kind of kebab, and it´s served in bread with lettuce, pickles, tomatoe & falafel saladdressing.
Falafel is definitly your best eatingoption if your on a tight budget, because the average price for a falafel is 1-2 Euros. And it will satisfy your hungerneeds!
Favorite Dish:
Falafel combined with chickenkebab.
Falaffel is a very tasty dish and in addition I think this is probably the cheapest way to get a meal in Malmö. You get falaffel, lots of vegetables and sauce in a bread and you can choose between a big or an extra big one. (That costs 15 or 20 kronor, that's about 1,5 or 2$, and a lemonade usually costs 7 kronor). The environment is usually not that cosy though, so this is of course not my recomendation for those who wants a romantic or luxury evening at a restaurant :)
Favorite Dish:
A big (stor) falaffel with garlic-sauce.
