Favorite thing: The coastal road between Ystad and Simrishamn is a must. Starting with Ale stenar, then Backåkra (see separate entry and this picture), Sandhammaren, Skillinge, Brantevik and finally, Simrishamn. Then again, the northern road to Stenshuvud, then Kivik, Brösarp...oh dear, lost in a picturesque village again! :-)))
Fondest memory: Walking around Skillinge with a friend who grew up there, listening to stories about fishing and shipping...seeing the headland of Stenshuvud appear for the first time...dreaming about farms I will never own.
