Here you can see GUIF play handball. GUIF plays in the highest division called Elitserien and you can buy tickets at the game. You have also have another handball team here called HK Eskil. I played there some years when I was younger. I dont play handball any more... LOL Maybe the goal keepers are more happy for that then me, I have saved their heads from my bad shooting.

Equipment: In the break you need to buy a coffee or something to drink. Go before the rest of spectators, and I mean some minutes before the break. Then you dont have so many people before you in the line. And after that you can relax with the things you buy.

Here you can swim and relax. When you get tired of swimming you can use your time to be in the sauna or in the jacuzzi and relax. They have a café where you can buy something to eat or drink at your visit here. I have seen many families bring their own pic nic so that can be a good thing to do.

Equipment: Bathing suit and bring a towell too.

Here you have a little hill where you can ski and play with your kids if it is a very good winter. You have to get up to the top on the hill and then ski down on your own.

Equipment: if you want to ski you should use skis. Otherwise you can use a plastic bag to sit on and let the hill take you down. Watch out, it can be a dangerous game too.

Sundbyholms travbana is a horseracetrack about 10 km north of Eskilstuna. Here you can eat good food and watch the races either out or inside.
And of course you can bet money!
Combine this with a visit to the Sundbyholm Castle.
    Very nice indeed!
