Favorite thing: Hötorget is the only everyday street market in Stockholm. On weekdays and Saturdays you will here find fruit, vegetables and clothes. At Sundays it changes to a flea market with all different kinds of things for sale.
The Hötorget street market is always open, regardless the weather.

Favorite thing: If you happen to catch the market near the city center.... Watch for the colorful fruits, vegetables and flavors.. Just by walking in the city suddenly you can find yourself in the middle of the market..

Favorite thing: While walking along Kungsgatan I came across this intersting sculpture (if I guess correctly, it's right outside Konserthuset, anyone?). As usual, if I see anything interesting, "snap it" regardless of what it is. There's always delight in the unknown :-) & hopefully before long, I'll find out what it is. Sometimes, that's the way with friends as well.

Favorite thing: I liked to go to Hötorgshallen at Hötorget which is an indoor market with a strong international flavor. Lots of exotic products from all corners of the world are housed within its walls. I used to buy my sliced turkey-breast here!

Favorite thing: In the very centre of Stockholm, at Hotorget, you find The Concert
Hall, house of the Royal Stockholm Phillarmonic Orchestra. In front of it,
the sculptor Carl Milles created the famous Orpheus fountain.
