If you want to buy alcohol in Sweden then you must go to Systembolaget. They are the only ones who is alowed to sell alcohol. You must be over 21 years to buy alcohol in Systembolaget.

To buy alcohol in Stockholm (or in Sweden) it is necessary to go to shops 'systembologet' opened from Monday till Friday, useless to say that it is crowded on Friday evening...

Be aware that it´s strictly forbidden to buy alcohol in Sweden when you are under 18. You are not allowed in bars and clubs if you are under 18 and at many place you have to be 21 or even 23... and you cant buy alcohol in the government shops "systembolaget"...
You also can´t buy drinks in supermarkets, you have to buy it in the "systembolagets" owned by the government... It´s like communism but with capitalistic prices...
Alcoholic drinks are pretty expensive in Sweden. The reason is that Swedes are though drinkers and the government therefore started to put heavier taxes on alcohol and only sells them through so called "systembolaget" a state owned company with stores all through Sweden.
All alcoholic beverages containing over 5% alcohol are for sale here. Malt Beer (lättöl) is also for sale in normal stores.
Because of the high prices on Alcohol the Swedes got a big easier on the drinking, their smoking policy works even better. Sweden has one of the lowest percentage of smokers in Europe.
