Not being gay myself, I cannot give you much insight into the gay scene in Stockholm but I thought I'd make a tip since there are frequent questions on VT. Had it been Gothenburg, at least I'd have grown up with gay friends and therefore known more. However, there are lots of well-known places such as the boat in this picture, Patricia. Moored just below Slussen underground station, it is a popular place to go clubbing late. To be ctd.
In this boat u can eat, drink and dancing with lots of different musicstyles on the dancefloors.
There is a pub, restaurante, rockbar, nightclub.
Rock, trance, Disco from the 70s and 80s.

The Patricia Party Boat is docked at the foot of Gotagan in S?dermalm, just at the end of the bridge from Gamla Stan. There are several bars, dancefloors, a restaurant and a casino on board this former English ship. Sunday is gay night on the Lady Patricia, and even in the middle of winter this is a happening place. It's like a gay-themed episode of "Love Boat," with special guests Abba and Ace of Base. Among the different scenes were a small hip-hop bar and a large dance floor and light show featuring house and techno. But my favorite was the upstairs lounge which played Swedish pop and disco favorites of the last 30 years. It was packed with queer people of all kinds singing along to their Swedish favorites. If you've ever wanted to hear all the Swedish contributions to the Eurovision Song Contest, this is the place for you! And if you have an impression of the Swedes as entirely a dour and serious folk, spending some time on the Patricia will certainly expand your understanding.
Dress Code:
People dress nicely here, but they're not dressed to kill. This isn't one of those "stand and model" bars.
Another boat in Stockholm but in this one you can have a party ! Three dance floors (live rock, Latino and electronic music), one terrace, maybe 6 or 7 bars and a lot of areas to talk and to set the world to rights !
Dress Code:
A little smart ...
This is a ship (docked, it doesn't go out) with 3 or 4 different bars. One with Techno music, one with pop music and another with live music. They also have casino tables (as do most clubs in Stockholm). If you get there before 10, no cover.
Alladin is a more upscale (not too bad though) place. It was also fun.
Dress Code:
You might get away with blue jeans, but it's best not to try. Just go with Dockers and the like.
Fun. Easy. Noisy, greasy. Fun dance floor, hard rock room, live music (mainstream pop/rock) OK and pricely food.
Dress Code:
None. Only NO blue jeans saturday nights.
Gay night on Sundays (but a member must invite you.)
