This restaurant serve well-cooked thai food in a very cool atmosphere. The restaurant is entirely decorated like a thai beach-front place with dim lighting, huts and birds singing from speakers. The atmosphere makes this place well worth a visit even though the menu is rather pricy. You can't book in advance and the lines can be long during the weekend.
Favorite Dish: The Pad Thai Gai is well worth the 170 SEK = 18€.

If you want to try something other than the spartan orderliness of the typical Swedish restaurant, try KOH PHANGAN. Good food, even for vegetarians, and beer. A very relaxed atmosphere with great attention to quirky detail extending even to the toilets. If by chance you find you have gone to KOH PHANGAN TRAVEL AGENTS instead of the restaurant, as we did, look at the front door for directions to the restaurant, it's closeby.
Favorite Dish: Often in restaurants the meat, fish or vegetarian dishes are good, but very seldom all three. We were two, a carnivore and a vegefishivore and this restaurant satisfied us both with excellent meals.

Friendly swedish staff n genuin Thai chefs in the kitchen serves food that makes u feel far away from the cold scandinavian climate.... Even the interior makes u 4got that ur actually r in Sweden....
Favorite Dish: Tom Yam Goong, spicy shrimp soup

We were a little bit curious after looking at the entrance and the drunken thai guys at the bar... but after getting our table, we realized that every minute of waiting was worth it. Very nice decorated and very friendly staff.
Favorite Dish: We had Yam Taleyj and Gai Nam Prig Pow. The food was awesome!!! Beer was only 39 SEK, our dishes 180 to 185 SEK.

Really neat atmosphere. I would say a tropical decor. Cozy dining area & patio seating as well. Behind the dining area, it opens up into two large bar areas that I suspect get pretty crowded at night. We had lunch, so there were not a lot of people there. I really love the decor!
Favorite Dish: Poh Pea Pak, Geng Kiew Wan, Gai Tot
and Singha beer

Delicious Thai food in a wonderful rainforest setting. You feel like you are in another world. If you can't afford the food which can be a bit pricey just go to experience the pub which has the same magical dark atmosphere
Favorite Dish: Giant prawns stirfried in garlic and chili
