Go see the tomb of Stockholms founder Birger Jarl.
Of course you should, and it is easy to get there too, it is on the east side of the City council house.
    Good luck!

There is a great panoramic view point from the 106m tower but it is only open during the summer (may-sep). It's also possible to have guided tours around the main building.

The lovely green yard next to the town hall (Stadshuset)! You get a nice view on Gamla Stan from here! Don't forget to wear your Wellies after a rainy day here!!

The building was designed by Ragnar Östberg and stod finished in 1923. City Hall is possibly Stockholm's best known edifice. It is considered an architectural masterpiece.

If you've ever seen the Nobel Price dinner, you've seen the inside of Stadshuset and the blue room. One of Stockholms most visited sights.
