Fot those who like colourful butterflies, for those who like colourful brids and for those who like colourful goldfishes.

Wildlife brings you the most astonishing colours!
Look at the fin on a Arctic Grayling, the Fish will bring you the colours in a way you've never seen them before.

The rivers here get you a really great opportunity to see Beavers. Last time I went out I saw two.
The have nests all over and you can easily see if they are close. Just look at fallen down trees, if the stump is chewed then you know it's a beaver!

    Fishing is difficult but
    I recommend this:

Spring: this time of the year the rivers usually has high water levels so go deep if fishing for trouts and salmons. Big flies works best, silver/red and black. For grayling: Use small nymphs, black or green. Purple flies are also great.

Summer: this time of the year the rivers usually has low water levels so it's easier to catch fish. For Trout and salmon use Brown flies. Red/silver is also working great. The Grayling is also more alert now, purple flies are unbeatable. Small green nymphes are great too.

General tips about the many rivers in Sundsvall area.
Even if you're not an angler, I recommend visit one of our beautiful rivers. All of them are located in Steep ravines and they all have a rich Flora. Colourful flowers and varying deciduous forest.
