Summer Paradise in the center of town!
This indoor water park called Paradisbadet,
with one of the longest water slides in Europe,
The first thing you see of Örnsköldsvik if your coming
from the south Is the huge water shute Magic Eye.
Like a snake winding down the building facade.
The water slide Magic Eye is 180 metres long,
2,4 metres wide and starts 15 metres over the landing.
is a great place to go with the kids.
Inside there is also a spa and fitness centre,
There is an Outdoor Swimming Pool with a bubbling
stream of water and " small South Pacific " for the little ones.
There is a wellness centre also called 'Balance'
with different types of saunas, one is the biggest I have seen.
The waterpark is ranked among the Swedish top 5.
Then if you get the munchies and feel like staying in the pool,
there is Restaurant Splash which is serving food and drinks poolside.
with a good menu that offers everything you could wish for when you swim
around the pool like a beached whale.
Opening hours for Splash beach food
Mon-Thurs 11:00 to 20:00
Fridays at 11:00 to 20:00
Saturdays & Sundays at 11:00 to 17:30
Then another foodie place where you can get alcoholic
drinkies...A Swedish vision of heaven must
contain a bar open round the clock serving
drinks..Haha just joking..
Well Bistro Balance is the name of the place..
