"The Lion and the Bear" ice cream is considered best in Sweden (which means a lot in one of the world's most ice cream consuming countries) and so good that they have made the Nobel dinner desserts until 2002 when it was decided to not have ice cream at all for some reason. They sell the ice cream and sorbets in cartons in selected big city supermarkets and ice cream parlours (such as in Haga in Göteborg) but it is to their own ice cream cafés in Malmö or Göteborg you want to go. Loads of flavours to chose from and let me tell you it's difficult! Many are Italian inspired and they have also won Italian prizes. Definately worth the short tram ride from the city centre if you're an ice cream lover.
