    Lysekil church was built in 1901by Adrian Peterson. The granite which it is built is hewn by hand and winched up into place. The tower is 63 metres high and the spire rises 95 metres above sea level, which means that the church also functions as a navigation mark.

Lysekil Transportation

    The ferry departs every 20 minutes. It takes another 10 minutes to get to the other side. In this picture, the children were so excited to see the ducks swimming along the jetty that they forgot that the temperature outside was minus (-5) degrees.
