Look out for cabins selling delicious crapes in the mountains while you're skiing or snowboarding. It can take up to an hour to get down a hill and these cabins can be found almost anywhere (I think their locations are just random) I'm not sure if there's a way to tell exactly where they're located. But I'm pretty sure they can be find on the French side of the alps as well as the Swiss side. And they are SOO good, you absolutely must try one if you get the chance! I got one with hot chocolate sauce on the inside with icing sugar and strawberry sauce. Mmmmm!!!

In Leysin, The Fromagerie not only is a local speciallty restaurant, but also has a museum of local artifacts. We toasted our final evening in the Alps at La Fromagerie helped with some of the local musicians. We ordered raclette along with a plate of smoked meats and of course, lots of wine.
Favorite Dish: I especially enjoyed the raclette, served in heaping melted cheese with onions, potatos and cornicons.
