Favorite thing: The tourist information office is located around the corner from the railway station at the Gotthardstrasse 2. Behind the building along Gottardstrasse there is a kid’s playground.

Favorite thing: Blumenstrasse or flower street is a short street in the center of Andermatt with very pretty wooden houses on a stone base and in the warm season they are decorated with lots of flowers.
Living in a street with that name, inhabitants obviously have a certain obligation.

Favorite thing: The old center of Andermatt features many beautiful old buildings. So make sure you take a walk around. You will also find a fountain with a bear on top. The bear is on Andermatt’s coat of arms.
