This historical restaurant is situated next to the devil’s bridge. Nowadays it’s located on the “Franzosen Platz” or Frenchmen square. It has a big terrace if you want to sit outside in the warm season.
The painting on the outer wall next to the Franzosen Platz sign comemorates the death of the French soldiers against the Russians on 25th September 1799. This memorial was inaugurated 200 years after the battle and therefore 100 years after the Russian memorial (see tip Suworow memorial).
