 cagriy Says:  Point is that, Arosa is a small town with limited number of accomodation. However, there are 10s of slopes a skier can enjoy. Waiting on the queue for lifts ? No such thing at Arosa. If you like ski holidays don't skip Arosa.

 dabidc Says:  The walk down through the wood and along side the river was pleasant and in spite of the so so day there were many hikers. All that was needed now was the train to come along and take me back to Arosa.

 dabidc Says:  The hike down from Arosa is quite short maybe 2 kms and the first station at Litziruti is also a hotel, so in case of delays you can always stop for a meal.Looks like Hotel Ramoz could be busy.

 Shibiru Says:  The best way to get to Arosa is going to Chur (also a very nice city) and there taking the "Raetische Bahn" just infront of the mainstation...it's not so expensive and the view is worth!!!It's a very beautiful trip!

 dabidc Says:  The path to the next train station passes by the river flowing from the lake at Arosa and at the same time is close to the rail line. Maybe not so much Off the Beaten path, but I thought everyone would be warm and dry in the hotels at Arosa. It was interesting to see others...
