Take a boat either from Locarno or Porto Ronco and debarque on the island of flowers.
In late 19th c. la baronessa Antonietta had herself built a nice little villa and cultivated flowers and trees from our globe's all climatical zones.
Visit the island and marvel at its beautiful sceneries.

NIce little trattoria in the heart of Brissago.
We paid 60.20SFr. for two person incl. apperitives (Cynar), one pizza, a plate of ravioli, and 1/2l of merlot. Although much it was worth it.
Favorite Dish: Pizza margherita! Haven't I mentioned that already some where???

On the island of Brissago there is this almost hidden little temple-like court yard with a beautiful statue. There lots of herbs with their names attached around the pool.
a nice place to rest for a second

Favorite thing: The views are adorable.
Fondest memory: Especially in the evening when the sun is slowly setting behind the hills in the back of Brissago and you happen to come with the last boat connection from the isola di Brissago the view is just breathtaking, incredible.
