Between Geneva and Lucerne (and onwards to Zurich), offers a breathtaking trip through the most picturesque parts of Switzerland.Travel aboard the GP Panoramic train (from Montreux) and pass along 10 lakes and view some of Switzerlands highest peaks. $some websites with information on places along the Golden Pass route:
First, travel by regular train from Geneva along the lake to Montreux (1 hr).

In my opinion, a minimum of 2 days is needed for this trip. But you can also choose a segment for day trips (such as Geneva to Speiz and return via Bern to Geneva).Different rail passes are available, check with www.goldenpass.ch ot ww.sbb.ch .
