2nd hand clothes in Geneva

by Kiriel

I haven't found a vintage clothing shop in Geneva. There are some charity shops about http://www.csp.ch/page.asp?np=1&id=21 gives you the location of some of them. There is a quite funky 2nd hand clothing shop in the Paquis (the area between the train station and the lake). There are a few in Eaux Vives (the side of the lake where the jet d'eau is) but the clothes places I have seen there have either been very ordinary, or very expensive second hand designer gear. The weekend market in Plain Palais sometimes has clothing stands, but nothing very exciting that I have seen. (I will investigate and post further details)Kiriel

A: From Geneva you can go by train or bus to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. It is in France, but it is closer to Geneva than other famous mountains in the Swiss part of the Alps.
