Wodey-Suchard is confectionery, but also cosy little tea room, cafe and salad-bar with the access to two parallel streets – Rue de Tresor and Rue du Seyon. Very nice terrace of Wodey-Suchard is at the Rue de Tresor, just by Croix-du-Marche.
Open Hours: Mon. from 11 am to 6:30 pm, from Tue-Fri: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Sa: from 6:30 am to 5 pm.
Favorite Dish: Wodey-Suchard is an excellent choice to have salad breakfast in, but the very special to get in it is Cafe Wodey with two different pieces of great Wodey-Suchard produced praline.

There are several restaurants on Place des Halles, all of them very nice, and all of them, unlike the other Neuchatel restaurants, cafes, salad-bars… – serve food all day long.
We have picked Restaurant Hotel de Marche by chance, and enjoyed very fine salad meal in the unique atmosphere of Neuchatel Place des Halles, in the early summer evening.
