Portes du Soleil offers much more than only skiing. Cross country, walking on snowshoes, snowboaring, sledding, snowkiting and paragliding are some other sport activities you can do during winter time.
Hiking, climbing, walking are some more activities for the rest of the season.
Favorite thing: Dents du Midi and Dents Blanches are the well known mountain range surrounding Champ?ry. Best view you get after taking the cable car from Champ?ry to Planachaux. A 5 minute ride for CHF 15.-- (adult, return)
