Good ski jacket a must
Luggage and bags: I usually go with a rucksack if there for a week - if longer I take a case on wheels...
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: In winter you will live in ski boots and a pair of outdoor boots -Timberlands' and snow boots are the most popular - Girls, seriously don't bother with high heelss unless you want to break an ankle! In side hotels/ Chalets you wear slippers or indoor shoes.
Clothes wise, most people go out straight from the slopes so you won't need many clothes other than a pair of jeans. Don't bother packing another jacket - wear your ski jacket.
Remember thermals - if you forget then they can be picked up here but at a price - much easier to buy before you arrive.
Good sun glasses are a must as are goggles.
Most other things speak for themselves. You can buy all your ski kit here but it will be expensive.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: You can get everything you need here.
Photo Equipment: Again, there are a couple of camera shops and most of the other shops sell the standerd selection of films.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: In the summer you can camp - (you will have to check the verbier website for details)
In winter a good ski jacket will work both on and off the slopes.
Good outdoor boots - as I said above, Timberlands are a popular choice.
Miscellaneous: Sun block - both in the summer and winter.
Chap stick for your lips - you will need it.

Hayfever may be a problem
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: If you suffer from Hayfever take medication with you. I had a rough time at the end of June, having never had hayfever symptoms ever before. I managed to get a remedy in Verbier but none of the instructions were in English and I subsequently found it's almost half the price for the same product in the UK.
