    Mountain Goats/Antelope

Favorite thing: I spotted quite a few of these White Faced Goats or Antelope above Zermatt! They are very sure footed and curious. They won't let you get very close. At least I couldn't.

    Glacier

Favorite thing: In many of the mountains in the area you can spot Glaciers. The blue ice is really beautiful but you don't want to stand under the calving end of it!! As huge chunks of ice fall off the edge!

Favorite thing: BOTH GOING UP TO THE GORNERGRAT OR COMING BACK PROVIDES THE MOST WONDERFUL VIEWS. TAKE BINOCULARS FOR THOSE PLACES THAT PROVIDE SCENERY FAR IN THE DISTANCE.

Fondest memory: THESE BIRDS JUST DON'T EAT ANYTHING AND CERTAINLY NOT BREAD CRUMBS. THEY LIKED THE HAM FROM MY SANDWICH BUT NOT THE BREAD.
