Since December 2007, a (snow)boat is beaching on the Vispa river side. This Après-Ski and Lounge Bar is designed as a boat by the famous local artist Heinz Julen. You could enjoy a drink or a light meal or barbecue on the deck floor. Relax on the roof on large confortable wooden bench. You could also head to the underground floor in a more intimist lounge bar.

A small but long bar where around a dozen of people (please squeezzed!) could take place to taste a wide range of spirits... you will also find a small and more initmate room if you could reach the bottom...
Try the famous local Sinalco, but don't ask Anny about the secret home-made recipe... I have only recognized the Abricotine and Williamine so far... keep the throat warm in any case ;-)

Very popular for apres-ski sessions. Do not miss also the Schneewittchen nightclub downstairs if you are a nightbird.
As the Papperla self description said:
"One day on the slopes without Apres Ski at the Papperla Pub is like Sex without an orgasm. Here you'll find Ski bunnys, Yetis, Racers, Ski Instructors and tons of party people doing there thing to old classics and Apres Ski music. It doesn't matter if you're outside at the "Snow Bar" or inside, our Papperla Pub team, Liveband and DJ make for a great atmosphere and loads of fun.
Papperla Pub is also a destination point in the Summer. We have one of the largest selections of beer on tap in Zermatt, free Internet corner, free wireless and the casual Pub atmosphere which makes for a great meeting place for the young and old. "
