The Owner Reto Kuhn (QN = Kuhn) took quite a risk as he started this concept. He started to renovate an old Mill and built a Restaurant, a Bar, a Lounge, a Cantina and Conference Rooms in it.
And it all worked out great. The Restaurant is packed every day and offers a great variaty of wine and grappa. The food is VERY delicous but also kinda expensive.
Favorite Dish: As an appetizer I had the soup of the day, which was Coconutcreme-Soup with Chili. What a nice Mix! Sweet and spicy at the same time.
Then I went for the Penne, which was really tasty!
My dessert was a spanish dish called Crema Catalan. EXCELLENT!
We also had a really good and expensive wine: Badia di Morrona. Guys, this wine was the best I've ever had! Wow!
QN offers also some fixed menues for about 70 bucks.
