    The Parkrestaurant is facing the waterfalls and includes the so-called "Orangerie", a wintergarden at the sunny-side of the building. At this restaurant the hotel-guests will also find their breakfast-buffet and there is another restaurant-terrace facing the waterfalls as well.
    The terrace of Parkrestaurant will also be the favorite terrace of the day-tourists and the only place to get some hot food, coffee, cold drinks or icecream, except for a small Kiosk UNDER the terrace,selling souvenirs and packed snacks and drinks. And when you see an elderly man selling the things there at the Kiosk, tell him that you were sent by Michael from Austria, who used to work on Axalp many year ago...
    The Parkrestaurant is open everday for breakfast:
    07.30 am till 10.30a.m.
    and beteen 11.30 a.m. and 10.30p.m. you may order
    all specialities from the warm kitchen

    See their excellent menu at their webpage below. Prices are a bit higher than in Brienz or Iseltwald, but you also have to pay the special scenery and the remore location.

    Chez Florent is the name of the most exclusive Gourmet-restaurant in Parkhotel Giessbach and it has 14 GaultMillau-points for its excellent cuisine. The restaurant is open daily during the summer and in the winter-season they will open only at friday and saturday evening during the 4 weekends of advent and upon reservation for groups with a minimum of 40 persons !
    Parkhotel Giessbach is such a lovely ambiente in a great surrounding, with the great terrace facing the Brienzersee and with a view of the waterfalls at the other side.
