If you like ski, this is a nice place to come to. Many pistes ti ski and practise wintersports. You are looking for a place where there are a little less tourists than in the more well-known and famous towns. But still this is a good place. They even say, it is a good place to learn skiing, but I cannot tell you wheter this is right or wrong, I just do not like skiing!

Have a visit at th local church. A beautiful old building with a small local churchyard beside.

Take the train from zermat to the gornagrat and enjoy some splendid views.

The whole church is made out of stone, as usually churches are made out of wood and stone.

Snow is only frozen water... isn't it?
Well, this was the first time of my life I was on ski and it was rather special... but I have to admit that I don't like it that much. But the place here is very nice. A little town, surrounded by 29...

Most of tourist know Zermatt and Saas Fee. On the way from Brig to Zermatt is another pretty village: Grächen!
