This was the first main course. As you know that i am muslim so i especially asked them to order something having no alcohol and no pig meat. So, this is Sea Food (Swiss Fish) and this was served cold. It smelled and tasted so good.

I drove from Zürich to Binningen to attend this dinner. My hosts were Germans. They came from Germany which is a few mins from here. I must say that they have a very high choice for good food.

Wow ! This restaurant was something special. It is made into a very old castle of a rich man who once lived in Binningen. You feel like sitting in a musuem and having food.
