Trams, buses, trolleybuses and cable car for going up Gurten (hill) and I have seen that during summer there are also bicycles for rent for free.

bern is located very central in switzerland, so it is also very good reachable with different transportaion. for the traveller the train willbe the best way to come and go.

In Switzerland is very confortable to go by train. (It,s quiet expensive, but it's worth!)
